Midwifery Care (Neighborhood Family Practice)

Program Description:
Prenatal and postpartum care (appointment and billed to insurance) – our midwives provide care from preconception, pregnancy and childbirth. They also work with individuals of all ages to improve overall health care by providing PAP tests, Family Planning, Menopause care, STD testing, PMS, Sexual Health and more. We support individuals dealing with depression and partner/domestic violence. Our midwives deliver only at Fairview Hospital which is a part of the Cleveland Clinic.

Program Requirements:
Needs either an appointment or insurance. If an individual doesn’t have insurance, it is recommended that they go see our Financial Assistance department and schedule an appointment to see how their individual needs can be met. Call 216-281-0872 for all appointments.

Hours of Operation:
Normal business hours for Ann B. Reichman Community Health Center – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Tuesday 8:30 – 8:00pm. Midwifery – Call 216-281-0872 to make an appointment.
