Baby Club
Program Description:
Boost your baby’s brain through play! Join us for a 5-week club for caregivers and children ages birth through 35 months, connect with your kids and other families, and get answers about your growing child.
Program Requirements:
Any child 35 months and younger with a caregiver.
Hours of Operation:
Various times–each location offers the program twice a year.
Partnership for Good Health
Program Description:
Community health workers, bilingual, assist clients with navigation, care coordination, and health education.

Help Me Grow Early Intervention
Program Description:
Early Intervention supports families of children birth to age 3 who have developmental delays or disabilities so they have the best possible start in life. Professionals help identify a child’s strengths and needs, addressing concerns as early as possible. Services are provided where families live, play, and spend their day. There is no need to “wait and see.” Concerned about a child’s development? Act early!
Program Requirements:
Early Intervention is available in every part of the state and to any eligible child, regardless of the family’s income.

Help Me Grow Home Visiting
Program Description:
Home Visiting is a voluntary, home-based program offered at no cost to your family. Our home visitors are well-trained professionals who use a compassionate approach that offers information and support during pregnancy, and empowers you as the parent with skills, tools, and confidence to nurture the healthy growth of your child through the earliest years – a critical time of development.
