Program Description:
Neighborhood Navigation Services helps connect pregnant mothers to the resources they need/desire to help them and their unborn baby be healthy. Neighborhood Navigators are trained paraprofessionals who are passionate and committed to the health and wellness of their neighbors. Each participant is assigned to a neighborhood navigator who identifies their needs such as but not limited to transportation, employment, baby items, social supports, etc. and links them to the appropriate resource, agency and/or provider.

Program Requirements:
Expecting mothers, Mothers with babies up to the age of one, Women of child-bearing age.

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm
Friday 9:00am-3:30pm

Motivated and Empowered Inc

Program Description:
Our BloomNourish and TinyLives Thrive initiatives provide prenatal education, infant wellness checkups, and parenting support to ensure the health and well-being of both mothers and babies.

Warrensville Road Community Based Center of Life

Program Description:
We offer a range of services to support expectant mothers and their families. We share valuable resources, provide hands-on support during labor and delivery, and help women develop their birth preferences. Additionally, we encourage women to become strong self-advocates when working with healthcare providers, ensuring they feel heard and empowered throughout their journey. We strive to help families experience a safe, healthy, and positive labor journey by offering guidance and support every step of the way.

Program Requirements:
We serve women and their families during pregnancy and postpartum

Sunday 9:30am – 1:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am – 2:00pm

Passages Connecting Fathers and Families

Program Description:
Fatherhood programming: This includes evidence based fatherhood programming, case management services to address things such as child support and parenting time navigation among other needs, and employment/job readiness services. Programs are available during the day or evening.

Program Requirements:
Fathers and father figures with children aged 24 and under who reside in Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, or Portage County.

Monday-Friday 8am-3pm

Spirit of Motherhood

Program Description:
The Spirit of Motherhood is a grant-funded initiative dedicated to Black perinatal mental health. we provided SOS sister circles and one- one mental health interventions for anxiety, PTSD, and parenting stress. Grief recovery is also available. In the neighborhood and telehealth options are available. In the Spirit of Motherhood, we believe your past does not have to determine your future. Spirit of also offers training in delivering mental l health interventions to other organizations. We are a interventions research initiative. The data we collect is used to help Black perinatal women across the United States.
