Program Description:
Since 1975, Womankind walks with women along the journey of pregnancy and beyond by providing free prenatal care, personal support, and social services in a caring and non-judgmental environment.

Program Requirements:
No health insurance is required for free prenatal care. Babies must be not have reached their 2nd birthday to be eligible for baby supplies. We can serve anyone – we are not restricted by county or legal status.

Program Description:
Pregnancy Care–Our pregnancy care is rooted in deep connection, cultural competence, and clinical excellence. We offer trauma-informed prenatal, birth, and postpartum care that supports the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. From routine checkups to labor support and postpartum healing, every visit can be provided in the comfort of your home, empowering you to feel seen, safe, and supported every step of the way.
Women’s Health & GYN Care–We provide full-spectrum gynecologic care—from annual exams and Pap smears to cycle regulation and hormone support—all delivered in-home with compassion and cultural sensitivity. Our trauma-informed approach allows women to receive the care they need without the stress or sterility of a traditional clinic, making space for trust, comfort, and dignity in every visit.
Pelvic Steaming–Our advanced pelvic steaming services support womb healing, hormone balance, and emotional release. Using custom herbal blends and tailored steam plans, we provide steaming sessions and consultations that reconnect women with their bodies and promote deep physical and energetic healing. Whether you’re seeking postpartum support, cycle regulation, or ancestral womb care, our steaming service is a sacred, transformational experience.
Emotional & Spiritual Coaching–Through our Inner Revolution coaching programs, we help women break free from emotional chaos, anxiety, and overwhelm to reclaim their power, peace, and presence. These transformational sessions—offered virtually—blend somatic practices, mindset work, and spiritual guidance to create true healing. This is not about coping—it’s about liberating yourself from patterns that no longer serve you.
Fertility Support & IUI–Our holistic fertility services combine clinical excellence with emotional and energetic alignment. We offer fertility consultations, coaching, and IUI procedures designed to support your body and spirit in the journey toward conception. Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or using assisted methods, we provide intuitive, trauma-informed guidance to help you feel grounded, empowered, and supported through every cycle.

Program for Research on Anxiety Disorders among African-Americans

Program Description:
Spirit of Motherhood Initiative. The Spirit of Motherhood is a grant-funded program focused on the mental health of Black perinatal mothers. Our interventions are available within the Cleveland community at no-cost. . We offer Sister offering Support (SOS) Sister Circles for both anxiety and parenting stress. We also offer Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for PTSD. The Spirit of Motherhood is a multi-faceted program designed to provide Black and Biracial mothers with emotional support. In this program, we focus on the mothers’ individual emotional wellbeing and healing. By creating realistic expectations, using effective communication, and establishing healthy boundaries, we help to set your family up for success.

Parent and Youth Ambassador (Starting Point)

Program Description:
Finding the right support for your family can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. Starting Point’s Parent & Youth Ambassadors (PYAs) are here to help families across Ohio connect with essential services, benefits, and resources. PYAs are trusted guides who provide free, personalized support to families with children and youth from birth to 21 years old, offering assistance in ways that best fit each family’s needs. Whether you need help finding child care, housing assistance, food programs, or other services, our PYAs are ready to walk alongside you.

Parents/Caregivers: Pregnant or with a child from birth – age 21.
