Safe Families for Children

Program Description:
Safe Families for Children offers short-term care and housing for children when families are in crisis. Families are matched with a screened and trained volunteer family (Host Family). Additionally, we offer parent mentors (Family Friends) who are screened and trained volunteers who can provide you with a listening ear, support, or even some guidance on how to budget, save money, and find work.

Program Requirements:
Safe Families supports families who are in crisis and do not have other friends or family to turn to.

Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center

Program Description:
Making Opportunities Matter (MOM) — Research- based tailored for individuals who are pregnant or up to 11 months postpartum. It aims to educate and support clients throughout their perinatal journey, focusing on reducing toxic stress and overcoming barriers that can lead to negative birth outcomes. The curriculum is delivered through a group-based client-centered model of care.

Program Requirements:
Pregnant or 11 months postpartum and reside in Cuyahoga County

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Birthing Beautiful Communities

Program Description:
BBC provides Doula support services to pregnant and postpartum mothers

Program Requirements:
Expecting or postpartum moms in Cuyahoga County

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm, Friday 10am-3pm
