Your Baby’s First Year
Caring for a new baby can be both exciting and scary. You are not alone. There are valuable resources and support to help you provide the best care for your baby!
Finding a pediatrician
If you haven’t done so already, it is important that you find a pediatrician for your baby. Ask your friends and family or your OB/GYN for recommendations. Making sure your newborn is receiving regular check-ups is important for their health and development.
Breastfeeding
We encourage every mom to breastfeed their baby if possible. Even if it is for one day, the initial colostrum that your body produces is full of valuable nutrients and antibodies that will support your baby’s health and well-being.
